Norwood did an amazing job on my muffler. My car is quit and the parts are shining! Thanks a bunch to Chris and the crew I will be back. I also received a 15% discount after my services so I truly appreciate that I will use it soon!

Over priced shoty work. Went in for a muffler that took 2 days to complete and 600 later to leave with pencil thin hangers shoty welds and a 2inch pipe. Mind you it's a f350 work truck. As soon as the cold weather hits those shoty welds and pencil thin hangers are going to break. This shop can never get another penny out of me. I care to much for my vehicles to have a shop like this put their hands on it. O yea then the tech gets mad cause it called him on his shoty work smh. DO BETTER NORWOODS. If you don't care about the parts going on your car and wanna pay top dollar for shoty work by all means go here at your own risk.

We went to a different place who claimed I had so many more issues and saying it would’ve cost $1,000. When we got there and shared our concerns the receptionist asked a couple questions and than the mechanic (short black dude with all the tattoos in the first area) thoroughly looked at my car. He let us stand there with him as he looked. He confidently told us it was just the muffler. My boyfriend asked more details and the mechanic was able to proudly say nope, it’s just the muffler causing the issues and it shouldn’t cost more than $110. The receptionist came out and asked what it ended up being the issue and when we told her she was excited for me because she said if it was the other issue it would’ve cost $1,000. We were floored by their honesty, their work, and truly being happy for us. It’s lowkey dope seeing black people doing stuff like this. My car sounds completely different now aka it’s working right and I got to save my money. Great job yall, keep up the good work!

Family atmosphere. Plenty of options regarding payment. Work was fast and communication was top tier. They actually show you the work that's being done and thoroughly explains why. I don't pray for any car trouble but if I do , I'm definitely always coming back here!
